The PMX Performance is our team of cutting-edge performance marketers who create and drive performance marketing excellence across Publicis Media agencies.The Associate Director, Search Product Enablement is responsible for ongoing customer engagement, success and retention of our performance product suite with our Publicis performance marketing teams.
You'll be responsible for onboarding and engaging our Publicis performance marketing teams with our proprietary performance products. You will act as a resource for all performance products in our global suite and will assist agencies to launch and maximize utilization of the appropriate solution for their clients.
Onboard agency teams to the product(s), ensuring teams are getting the most out of solutions and end users are satisfied.
Lead office hours with customers at a reoccurring cadence,
Drive post implementation account development with agency teams using Publicis proprietary performance product(s)
