Your Role:
- Suport facility operations responsibilities deliver outstanding customer service boost sales growth maintain quality standards as a Team Leader
- Greet customers long-lasting first impressions educate customers about Unlimited Wash Club Actively engage with customers pre/post wash satisfaction Maintain quality assurance Quality Control checks Lead team achieving high-quality service Address escalations calmly effectively Operate basic retail equipment understand wash process Drive team performance exceed service standards Foster positive collaborative environment Perform other duties assigned.
