    Job Summary

    As the Head of Marketing at XCaliber Container, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy. Your role will involve optimizing and furthering our channels or routes to market, leading traditional and digital marketing plans, refining our customer journeys, increasing our content, enhancing our web, and ultimately reaching a larger targeted audience. You will be responsible for competitor research, product positioning, product and service offerings, product specifications, pricing while driving more customer engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and communicate a marketing strategy and plan
    • Manage brand positioning, brand architecture, brand guidelines and build brand awareness while generating innovative ideas to promote our brand, products, and services
    • Research customer feedback to refine marketing strategy
    • Stay up to date on competition, industry trends, emerging technologies, marketing best practices and the overall economic landscape to better position the company
    • Drive performance-based, best in class digital marketing strategies
    • Manage web optimization and effectiveness
    • Create content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social).
    • Set direction for the marketing calendar and oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.
    • Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and email marketing
    • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, trade shows and other marketing efforts across channels
    • Leverage CRM system and other analytics to track, measure, and report on marketing performance and make data-driven improvements
    • Oversee sales pipeline/funnel and end to end customer journey
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop materials that support lead generation and sales enablement. Support sales training and development by providing materials, content, and processes
    • Manage the company's marketing budget
    • Lead and manage the marketing team. Inspire creativity and accountability
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Master's degree preferred
    • 7 - 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B or industrial sector
    • Proven track record with digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, portfolio management, and channel optimization.
    • Technological proficiency in marketing programs including experience with Hubspot, Shopify, ESP, and MailChimp
    • Exceptional Project Management skills
    Reporting Structure: The Head of Marketing will report to the CEO and work closely with the Sales team and overall XCaliber Staff.

    Location: Hybrid with ability to travel the majority of the work week to Graham, TX. Reimbursement for commuter expenses (outside 100 miles) is available.
