    Description


    As a Client Services Coordinator in the Commercial Lending Department, your day will be filled with opportunities to manage assigned portfolios including, but not limited to, all new and outstanding relationships.

    Serve as primary contact for existing clients.

    Loan documentation and customer service are important while Stock Yards Bank & Trust will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate's skills to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession.

    ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Answer phones and greet customersOpen depository accounts (if applicable)Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans which includes ordering any supporting documentation from outside service providersComplete loan applications in lending software and assist in preparation of approval document.

    Close loans as neededEnsure all documents are accurate and ready for closingFund loans according to documentation within the loan packageWork with customers on any and all banking needs, request or issuesCommunicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writingProvide administrative support to the departmentManage all exception reports by notifying clients, vendors or lenders of needed documentationKnowledge of the bank's loan policy and departmental proceduresAssist in organizing departmental eventsOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
