- Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Biological, Chemical Physical or related science as required by the State of Florida
- Clinical Laboratory Technologist Basic Life Support
- All candidates require a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s) with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice. Certain entities (BOS) will require BLS certification.
