This position will support the Engineering Online Instructional Designer, assisting with transcribing online classes. Office is located in Ramsay Hall.

Essential Functions

• Students will primarily work from their laptops, assisting with the closed-captioning of the online courses.
• This job will require the ability to listen to audio responses and transcribe the speakers' word-for-word.
• The transcriber must be able to listen, read, and write in English.

Expectations:
Must be reliable and prompt, and completing assigned tasks is very important to our online courses.

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled student at Auburn University

Preferred Qualifications


Students currently majoring in:

• Public Relations
• Journalism
• Communications
• English

Familiarity with Panopto and Word is a plus.

Pay Rate $15.00/hour Work Hours 10-15 City position is located in: Auburn State position is located: Alabama
