    Job DescriptionPosition Title: Industrial EngineerLocation: Fulton, NY Area
    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare new product cost estimates to assist with securing new business.
    • Prepare capital expenditure proposals to improve production processes and/or service to our customers.
    • Maintain current and create new Bill of Materials and routings for all production items.
    • Prepare and coordinate experimental work orders to test new materials and/or processes.
    • Prepare monthly production standards, Key Performance Indicators and Machine Efficiency reports.
    • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures and conduct training with personnel as needed.
    • Investigate process and machine efficiency trends to identify new opportunities for improvements.
    • Develop and lead continuous improvement projects to meet operational improvement objectives.
    • Conduct ergonomic studies, time studies and support safety projects and initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Access
    • Working knowledge with creating queries and Visual Basic macros are desirable.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Statistical process control, 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
