    is seeking a dynamic and experienced

    Director of Human Resources

    to join our team in Tampa, FL.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations, and will be adept at effectively leading comprehensive Employee Relations (ER) investigations.


    Responsibilities:


    Oversee all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.

    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    Lead and conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

    Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau, Hyperion, or Power BI to analyze HR metrics and trends, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

    Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and drive business results.
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
    Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
    Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations, and best practices in ER investigations.
    Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Hyperion, or Power BI.
    Proven track record of effectively managing multi-site HR operations, preferably in a large headcount environment.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
