Description

Chrysalis, a well-established community-based program providing supports and opportunities for individuals with disabilities is seeking an Masters level Mental Health Therapist for part-time employment in our Host Home program.

This is an hourly position and will be housed in the West Jordan Host Home Chrysalis office.


Job Description:

Provide approximately 12-20 billable hours of individual therapy to male and female adolescents and adults weekly.

Individual and family therapy

Complete mental health assessments, treatment plans, and case progress notes in electronic billing system
