- Apply industry best practices to recording catalog data from multiple sources
- Conduct outbound research efforts while adhering to Data Team processes
- Document research touchpoints and processes within internal databases, documents, Sylvania's Project Management System(PMS) tool, , and CRM board
- Ensure researched data captures the full picture by maintaining close attention to detail and referencing Auto Care Association databases and internal documentation for normalized inputs
- Collaborate and present findings with the Catalog Data Team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook knowledge using a Windows PC
- Experience with CRM and strong correspondence record keeping
- Advanced Google/Web Search experience and logic understanding
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong ability to maintain organization while navigating across multiple web pages, documents, and platforms at a time
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with cold calling to collect information required in a professional manner
- Background in automotive mechanics, auto parts/services departments, and/or auto engineering
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Active listener
- Quick learner who follows given direction well
- Proficient understanding of the purpose of normalized data
- Experience with Auto Care Association databases
- Background in Automotive Aftermarket Lighting
- Experience with or other PMS systems
- Experience with PartCat Software
