We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Internal IT team. We support Windows and MacOS endpoints, in a Microsoft environment. We're looking to expand on our success within the Internet industry.


Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for our employees
Work directly with employees for software/hardware installation
Patching cables and design/implement network infrastructure
Use PowerShell scripting to automate manual tasks
Set up new users, including their physical workspace
Manage and maintain MS Exchange, MS Teams
Deploy OS to workstations and laptops
Support over remote desktop or on-site for multiple offices


Requirements:
Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, and MacOS
Experience with desktop and laptop hardware (RAM, HDD, etc)
Exposure to RSAT, especially Active Directory
Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with command lines (CMD, Terminal, etc)
Passion for problem-solving and efficiency
Desire for continuous improvement and learning
Stellar interpersonal communication skills and a team mindset
