We are seeking a Senior Watershed Scientist Engineerto lead high-visibility stormwater compliance watershed management and water quality program projects for municipal utility and private sector clients serve as day-to-day project task order lead across multiple contracts ensuring successful delivery schedule budget performance provide technical leadership regulatory strategy support for NPDES permitting compliance programs oversee watershed management programs comply monitoring reporting special study efforts related to water quality surface groundwater collaborate with Principals Directors deliver complex environmental work manage strengthen key client relationships supporting program development long-term account growth contribute practice growth identifying new opportunities supporting proposals expanding Rincon's stormwater watershed service offerings support leadership opportunities integrated water resource sustainable groundwater management aligned candidate expertise+
