- The HR Assistant (PPA) shall provide HR Professional services to our customer's Planning, Policy, and Analysis branch located at customer site with a hybrid work schedule of on-site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and telework Monday and Friday
- Responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Help Desk, responding to routine inquires, redirecting more complex inquires to the appropriate specialist, and following through to ensure all help desk inquiries are resolved and closed
- Tasking will include ensuring information assurance policies; principles and practices are being followed
- Position will be responsible for fielding requests for personnel data based on a need to know to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Ability to provide iCrane support including configuring and maintaining document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collection
- Duties include performing development/configuration of iCrane, NAVSEA Fusion, and other tools
- 3 years of direct HR experience
- Intermediate skills in Office 2010 Applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain and generate reports from systems such as:
TWMS
DCPDS
DCPS - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 Clearance
- HS Diploma required
