Respond to customer service maintenance requests according to Farm Bureau policy in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.Monitors, inspects, operates, and maintains the facility building automation system, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and life safety systems.
Coordinates project requirements and work of outside contractors.Maintains detailed records of repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
Conducts emergency repairs and maintenance, minimizing interruptions of facility use.
Assists with other physical plant maintenance duties as necessary, including but not limited to, workstation reconfigures, process recyclable building materials, snow removal, and grounds care.
Maintains documentation relating to the corporate hazardous material program ensuring both personal and corporate protection.Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical operating systems.
