    Join our team as a talented Learning & Development/Instruction Designer in New York, NY (Hybrid)!

    Contract Length: 12+ months

    Salary Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits: health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • We need a high-energy individual to help our L&D team with onboarding Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Must be an excellent communicator with experience in instructional design and CRMs.
    • Create engaging training materials like how-to guides and virtual courses.
    • Collaborate with experts to develop effective content for users of all levels.
    • Strong project management skills required to onboard software for 300+ people.
    • Execute Microsoft Dynamics onboarding program.
    • Develop training resources aligned with our CRM and user needs.
    • Create simple and effective training materials using instructional design knowledge.
    • Coordinate training events related to Microsoft Dynamics.
    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
    • Experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, CRM, and MS Office Dynamics.
    • Proficiency in creating various training content - knowledge of Articulate 360 is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
    • Experience with LMS (SCORM, performance tracking) is beneficial.
    • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills.
    • Collaborative, flexible, and committed to excellence.
