Role Overview: As a School-Based Occupational Therapist at Soliant, you'll play a crucial role in providing occupational therapy services to students within a school environment. We're looking for a compassionate and skilled professional committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing goals related to motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure cohesive care and effective intervention strategies.
Monitor student progress, maintain detailed therapy session documentation, and communicate effectively with the school team and caregivers.
Stay updated with the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Possess current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Preferably have experience working with school-aged children.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
