- Job Summary The Clinic Support Specialist I at CoxHealth is responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls and responding to a variety of patient questions and requests in order to schedule appointments. Primary responsibilities include centralized scheduling services for clinics and other duties related to ensuring patients can easily access their provider. The Clinic Support Specialist I guarantees calls are executed appropriately and within quality metrics to ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Job RequirementsEducation Required: High school diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: 1 year customer service experience Preferred: 1 year call center or experience in an ambulatory clinic setting.
