    The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

    • Assisting with the management of the technical aspects of banking computer systems, as well as data, video, and voice communication systems.
    • Providing customer service support for PC applications, printers, iSeries systems, Internet applications, etc.
    • Performing various communication systems and technology research with support, implementation, and documentation.

    Requirements for the position include:

    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Good customer service skills.
    • Ability to research and prepare complex technical reports.
    • Advanced problem-solving skills (particularly with Windows desktop support).
    • The ability to work late and possible weekends with some occasional travel.

    Preferred qualification for the position includes:

    • Experience migrating users across various operating systems and software platform.
    • Associate's degree in a computer or business-related field or banking experience.
