Classification: Full time, Exempt
Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T, W, Th.
Location: On-site
Job Summary

In this role, you will provide professional, attentive service over the phone, giving each customer your full attention and asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs. Using your knowledge of our products and processes, along with strong problem-solving skills, you will identify solutions and work with customers to address their concerns. The ideal candidate thrives in an office-based environment, can manage phone interactions throughout their shift, and maintains a positive, patient, and solution-focused demeanor—even during high call volumes.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
Ability to take payment information and process payments
Job Requirements & Qualifications
High-school diploma required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Must be able to handle demanding customers from time to time while remaining calm and professional.
Must deliver world-class customer service to all customers—every call, every day
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
