    This is an inside sales position focused on selling pharmaceutical products and services via the phone to customers in the Compounding Pharmacy industry.


    The Account Manager employs and executes a variety of sales techniques and campaigns, all while providing a superior customer experience while working towards becoming the preferred source for all the customer's pharmaceutical needs.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    ·

    Contribute to the development of the Fagron presence in the compounding market
    ·

    Increase profitable sales volume and achieve monthly sales goals
    ·

    Conduct outbound sales calls to an assigned book of business with the objectives of acquiring, retaining and expanding relationships

    and revenue
    ·

    Create and maintain a positive image of the company by building business relationships with internal and external customers and

    business partners
    ·

    Launch new products and innovation
    ·

    Review and analyze sales progress using CRM and PBI records on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, to include sales call reports,

    weekly preview reports, and other reports as directed by sales leadership
    ·

    Remain knowledgeable on changes in the Compounding Market; evaluate industry and business opportunities and utilize research to

    determine feasibility; explore new sales opportunities by analyzing competitive information and establishing courses of action to obtain

    new business
    ·

    Daily use of CRM, ERP and PBI for purpose of order entry
    ·

    Perform all other duties deemed necessary by sales leadership


    Education/ Experience Requirements:
    ·

    Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks
    ·

    Professional inside sales experience preferred
    ·

    Broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing or similar vocations generally obtained through

    completion of a two (2) or four (4) year degree program or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    ·

    Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
    ·

    Strong negotiation skills plus written and verbal communication skills
    ·

    Experience with CRM and PBI tools strongly preferred
    ·

    Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
    ·

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    ·

    Experience with order entry and product look up software
