- Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required.
- Performs all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matter such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and appropriately responding to hazards in the work area (spills/accidents/near misses), always maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly labeling and storing chemicals.
- Complete Operator Training Program according to established guidelines.
- Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred or foreign credentials
- 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
- Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack is preferred.
- Lleva a cabo sus deberes con atención a calidad, seguridad, e asuntos ambientales tal como el uso de de equipo protectivo personal, identificando, reportando y respondiendo apropiadamente a peligros en el área de trabajo (derrames/accidentes/casi accidentes), siempre manteniendo la limpieza y marcando y guardando químicos adecuadamente.
- Completar el Programa de Entrenamiento de Operador de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas.
- Estar disponible para otros proyectos o tareas como dirigidas por la administración.
- Diploma de School Diploma/GED o equivalente preferido
- 4 meses de trabajo o experiencia en ambiente de manufactura preferida
- Abilidad de leer, escribir y entender el Inglés básico
