- Performs laboratory work as assigned.
- Maintains and monitors CM laboratory supplies.
- Performs LIS/computer/clerical tasks.
- Contributes to the maintenance of the work environment.
- Two years of related laboratory experience including one year as a Laboratory Technician I or equivalent experience, or
- Certified Laboratory Assistant (CLA) certification, or
- Any combination of related post high school education and experience which totals two years.
- Public Contact/Customer Service skills.
- Prior laboratory experience with pre-analytical specimen handling and processing.
- Proficient with Epic and Beaker.
- Experience creating patient and supplier invoices.
- Knowledge of CPT coding.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Adobe.
