Job Description
A Klamath Falls, Oregon based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate family medicine physician to join an interdisciplinary medical clinic.
An ideal candidate has three or more years of experience as a physician, practices with evidence-based care, and is willing to cover occasional evenings and weekends.
Required QualificationsOR medical license as an MD or DO
Board certification or board eligible in family medicine
Completion of an approved residency program
OR DEA certification
CPR certification
Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
Develop rapport with patients and work collaboratively with other providers
Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up
Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
Participate in quality improvement activities
Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
Provides call coverage and inpatient care as needed
