Customer Service Representative - San Antonio, TX

Job summary
Sell industrial hose gasket and piping products maintain customer accounts take orders on the phone over the internet enter orders product quotes into computer system emphasize salable features quotes prices credit terms prepares sales orders for orders obtained estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of production delivery schedules inventory prepares reports of business transactions in company database works with account managers to keep account activities up to date investigates resolves customer problems with deliveries.This position is onsite does not offer a remote work arrangement required education experience high school diploma equivalent associates degree higher preferred must possess good working knowledge of engineering principals solid modeling welding fabrication must be able to successfully function in a fast paced high volume environment utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel Solid Works etc knowledge of industrial hose gasket piping required position scope detail successful candidate will be responsible for sales corporate products business industrial establishments over telephone internet inside Sales Customer Service Representative will maintain accounts conduct day day activities keep account customers satisfied daily activities include technical research working customers bring market viable solutions interpret customer drawings specifications solid models engineering data translate assembly bill materials price quote available information make fabrication drawings establishing component part numbers setting up assembly parts entering orders purchasing components creating drawingsdie files all branches scheduling projects production following orders process door solve problems manage all files purchase orders drawings specifications models.
