- Support month-end close process, including maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers, reviews journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as well as analyze account variances
- Communicate and follow up with business partners to ensure that open/outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, review policies and procedures to ensure SOX compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- CPA or CMA preferred 5-plus years of public accounting, related consulting or industry experience
- Experienced with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis and strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with NetSuite ERP systems is required
- General knowledge of working with a VMS and setting up vendors from an accounting perspective
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels and a strong client service orientation.
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $55/hr. - $65/hr.
