    Description
    We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment. We are in need of a maintenance technician for a manufactured housing community in Beaverton Oregon.

    Long-term permanent position with great benefits and opportunity for growth.

    Outstanding opportunity for Maintenance Specialist with 2-5 years experience at a large mobile home park. Ability to coordinate projects, follow directions and oversee grounds and other activities as needed.

    Remote Zoom interview process

    Responsibilities include:

    ● Maintain Pool and surrounding area. Pool experience is essential.

    ● Knowledge of basic construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and drywall

    ● Perform routine utility inspections and maintenance such as light fixtures, air filters, electrical pedestals, winterizing outside faucets in all buildings, etc.

    ● Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe and proper working condition including lawn mowers and tools

    ● Review and oversee contracted work performed by outside vendors

    ● Inspect projects for accuracy, completeness and compliance with established standards and requirements

    ● Assist in grounds maintenance ● Coordinate activities to assure the community is clean, well-maintained and in a safe and orderly condition

    ● Confer with Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to discuss and establish work projects, priorities, and timelines

    Job Qualifications

    ● High School Diploma/Trade School preferred

    ● Minimum of 2-5 years maintenance

    ● Experience and skills with mobile home parks (preferred) or multi-family housing

    ● Work and communicate well with other staff as well as tenants
