    About The Role:
    • Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and administration of Learning and Development programs to support the Property Management line of business.
    • Consult with business partners to understand learning needs and help plan and implement all tactical and operational activities related to learning and development. Participate as part of a Governance Team to design, deliver and manage development solutions, policies and procedures, and coordinate delivery.
    What You'll Do:
    • Design and deliver effective learning programs for Property Management aligned with job title success profiles and business objectives.
    • Facilitate learning sessions (virtual, in-person).
    • Research learning industry trends, methodologies, and standard processes and integrates those into professional practice. Proficient using content creation tools, software, applications.
    • Perform Administration, Tracking and Reporting in CBRE's LMS and other related Talent Systems including collecting metrics, benchmarking, dashboards and regular reporting on learning activities.
    • Collect and review performance feedback and outcomes of programs and regularly review with the Governance Committee. Identify, analyze and recommend enhancements, additions, and changes to Property Management learning programs and/or processes on a global level.
    • Partner with Other L&D Professionals, People, and Talent Partners to align learning programs across regions and businesses, as well as designing/creating or updating current learning topics and online content, as needed.
    • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed. Recommend appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
    • Prepare training budget and presents to department leadership.
    • Lead communication and marketing plans for programs, courses and training updates within the department.
    • Assure through audits, analysis and reports, that all new content creation and learning programs are consistently administered in compliance with governance guidelines.
    • Develop sound relationships with partners, managers, consultants and trainers.

    • Bachelor's degree from a college or university is required. Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience required, with 4 years' experience in learning and development related responsibilities.
    • Real Estate industry/Property Management experience preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Zoom.
