    Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Coordinator to join our amazing culture.

    This role is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.

    Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint Technologies becomes the customers first choice for service.

    Provides co-ordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.

    Schedule and follow up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts this includes ensuring timely communication with contract customers, key customers and sub-contractors.

    Meet monthly to discuss expiring contracts and to review upcoming PM visits. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

    What Youll NeedThe CSP Service Coordinator will be responsible for developing and driving the CTC's preventative maintenance strategy and performance.

    Provide hands-on PM planning and execution support to customer base and internal Convergint CTC teams.
    Identify gaps and support in PM process and capability needs at customer sites.
    Supports accountability for Customer Service Program (CSP) reliability, delivery of execution and solution availability.
    Support departments and service leader capability and ownership.

    Interface with CTC leaders, servicer teams, and account executives to promote continuous improvement through integration, sharing and reapplication of best practices.

    Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
    Ability to understand contracts - deliverables, lifecycle, renewals.
    Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment.
    Basic financial knowledge and skillsability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
    Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.

    Leadership Orientation Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.

    Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

    Preferred Experience:
    (but not required):*This role will sit onsite in our soon to be open Rochester CTC, located on 535 Summit Point Drive, Henrietta, NY. The role will initially be remote for 4-6 months, then 100% onsite.*0-3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative.
    Experience in a construction industry environment.
