Are you a night owl with a passion for pharmaceutical care? RPH on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team on the third shift at our long term care pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona. As a vital member of our pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
• Review and interpret prescription orders for appropriateness and accuracy.
• Provide clinical support and consultation to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of medications dispensed and patient information.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.

Shift:

• Thursday - Monday: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus
• AZpharmacist license.
