    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to incoming calls, ensuring all communications are logged and messages are accurately relayed.
    • Efficiently process and track new case leads from various channels, utilizing scripts to gather consistent and essential information.
    • Proactively follow up on leads to clarify their status within our intake system, ensuring thorough follow-through and record-keeping.
    • Handle all incoming faxes, directing them to the relevant paralegal or attorney, and contribute to weekly intake summary meetings.
    • Support legal projects and collaborate with team members on ad-hoc duties to enhance our client service delivery.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Deep understanding of legal terminologies and research techniques.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, paired with a genuine sense of compassion and empathy.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a bustling environment.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Discretion, confidentiality, and the capacity to make sound decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

    Education and Experience:

    • An associate's degree is required.
    • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Intake Specialist is preferred, ideally within a Personal Injury law firm.

    Work Schedule:

    • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Consistent, punctual attendance is essential, with a requirement to work on-site.
