    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Division President will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Bristol Hospice services for clients across the Business Development, Operations and clinical teams, with a strategic focus on P&L achievement.

    The Division President functions as the divisional customer interface and drives the management of contracts, market strategy, growth opportunities, and network/provider relations.

    This leader will partner with the growth and operations teams and focuses on delivering exceptional provider performance.

    UNCTIONS


    Provide leadership and direction for all market-level care management staff to ensure maximum team member engagement and productivity of the sales, ops and clinical teams.


    Develop and execute key strategic initiatives within a market, including quality, cost and service metrics, and assisting clients with product and service expansion.

    Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships internally and with executive decision makers within the organization (C-Suite team, VP's and board)

    Deliver consistent successful financial performance through management and development of operational metrics, budgets, and the program's delivery of care.

    Foster and develop the Bristol Hospice, LLC culture among colleagues promoting an atmosphere of engagement, trust, and open dialogue.

    Develop the skills of the local care management team to build talent in the organization.

    Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies, procedures, and processes.

    Interface and hold accountable functions delivered to the market/contract through shared services and vendor relationships.

    Travel is required.

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

    r Equirements

    Bachelor's degree in a related field required, MBA preferred

    10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience, utilizing productivity and efficiency measures

    Leadership experience in a clinical operations environment and/or management of a significant P&L

    Strong focus on culture and employee engagement

    Proven ability to interact with and influence clients at all levels

    Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward the creation, execution and continuous improvement of a new function from the ground up

    Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view old problems with a fresh perspective

    Ability to attract, retain, and develop staff of superlative quality

    Excellent written, computer, and oral communication skills

    PowerPoint and Excel experience required

    Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.

    Comfortable in molding ambiguity and building process

    Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    Must comply with company policies, procedures and processes in addition to Hospice rules and regulations

    Must be able to read, write and speak in English

    Must be dependable and flexible in work schedule

    Must be a licensed driver with licensed automobile that is insured in accordance with organization/state requirements and is in good working order

    Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check as well as a drug/alcohol screening upon hire and periodically thereafter


    PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
    Must be able to read and follow instructions, as required

    Repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and/or fingers

    Prolonged periods of sitting and viewing computer screens

    Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. with or without assistance

    Must be able to hear and see with or without aid

    Will be subject to enclosed spaces such as airplanes

    May be subject to adverse weather conditions

    May be required to walk on uneven surfaces

    Working conditions are normal for an office environment

    Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
