    Front Desk 2nd Shift Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum
    Responsibilities:
    • Checking guests in and out
    • Answering any guest questions
    • Addressing any guest concerns
    • Ensuring the accuracy of guest billing
    • Working to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay and advising them of all amenities the hotel has to offer
    Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • Prior hotel desk experience preferred
    • Should be customer service oriented
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers
    • Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills
    • Must be available to work weekends
