    Business Litigation Paralegal

    Direct-Hire

    Hybrid "WFH – 4 days" in office - 1 day

    Location: Tallahassee, Florida

    Summary

    Business Litigation practice group seeks an experienced paralegal to work on state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

    Responsibilities

    • Document and discovery management.
    • Drafting pleadings and motions, and trial/hearing support and attendance.
    • Business litigation experience required.
    • 5-6 years of experience.
    • Must have trial experience, eDiscovery, and filing/document management experience
