Job Description:

Soliant is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lakeland, FL, or surrounding areas. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals by providing top-notch occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to address clients' unique needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current and valid state licensure in Florida.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
