The Chicago Yacht Club is seeking a hands-on Working Culinary Manager / Lead Chef to oversee kitchen operations at our Belmont Harbor location.This position blends active cooking, kitchen leadership, and operational oversight. While administrative and managerial responsibilities are part of the role, this is not a desk-based position. The successful candidate will be expected to regularly cook during service, step in during peak periods, and set the tone for quality, speed, and professionalism.
