    Job Description

    i360 is seeking an Oracle Federal Financials R12 Functional Procure to Pay (P2P) Subject Matter Experts to support our federal client through migration activities onto a shared service environment, an existing R12 Federal Financials system. The candidates should have over five (5) years' experience in federal financial applications and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide requirement analysis, process review, fit gap analysis, compatibility recommendations documentation and services to move a new agency onto a shared service Oracle Federal Financial R12 environment.
    • Identify and document requirements working with users.
    • Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes for customer migration to R12 standard model.
    • Review and recommend compatibility of existing Oracle R12 configurations.
    • Identify any recommended enhancements to existing Oracle R12 configurations.
    • Provide solution designs and data mapping for interfaces, extensions, conversions, and reports.
    • Plan cut-over approach for adding new customers into the production environment and post-production support.
    • Develop test plans, provide testing documentation, and perform testing activities
    • Assist with training sessions and documentation.
    • Plan, coordinate, and provide cut-over activities for adding new customers into the production environment and post-production support.
    • Provide input to planning and scheduling direction for project and release management.
    • Provide leadership and expertise to review and recommend customer fit and improvements based upon "best practices" and R12 functionality for the following Procure to Pay (P2P) business process flow areas and tasks:
      • Manage Requisitions
      • Manage Approvals
      • Manage Suppliers
      • Funds Check
      • Source Goods & Services
      • Manage Contracts
      • Execute Purchases
      • Process Receipts, Acceptance & Return
      • Enter Invoice & Match
      • Execute Disbursement
    • Document all recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts and results, and project issues as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 7 years' functional experience in implementing Oracle R12 Federal Financial applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation and problem resolution.
    • Prior experience developing functional designs including interface and extension designs.
    • Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
    • Prior experience with data conversion requirements and mapping.
    • Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports.
    • Hands on experience configuring Oracle R12 modules in a Federal environment to enable processes and all associated setup.
    • Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Procure to Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) functionality, processes, and configurations in the Federal sector including in-depth understanding and knowledge of:
      • Oracle Purchasing
      • Contract Lifecycle Management
      • Suppliers
      • Approval Hierarchies
      • Receiving
      • Accrue on Receipt
      • Cost Management
      • Accounts Payable
      • Funds Management
    • Knowledge and experience of the Federal Contracting Processes and Regulations.
    • Knowledge and experience implementing Direct and Reimbursable Orders for General and Working Capital Funds, Reimbursable Agreements/Orders, AME, IPAC, Payment Processing, Disbursements and Credit Memos processing in a Federal environment.
    • Prior experience with IPAC AP Invoices, AP Disbursements, and Treasury Confirmation.
    • Hands on experience configuring Oracle R12
      • Purchasing
      • Payables
      • Payments
      • Suppliers
      • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
      • Inventory
      • Oracle workflows
    • Experience using iProcurement, iSupplier, AME, Inventory, Discoverer is a plus
    • Experience supporting GL, SLA, AR, and FA is a plus.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to clear a federal background check.
