Description:

CARE in Fergus Falls, MN, is looking for a dedicated, mission-driven Licensed Mental Health Professional to enrich the lives of individuals seeking help with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Location: Fergus Falls
Telework Eligible: No
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Salary Range: $48.51 / hourly; $68,298 - $101,288 / annually

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral health treatment services
Offer clinical consultation and direction to staff
Develop individual treatment plans
Contribute to a person-centered approach

Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota
Have experience in providing clinical services

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in treating co-occurring disorders
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures
