    Quincy Medical Group (QMG) has an exciting opportunity for a
    Certified Ultrasonographer to join our team.

    QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri.

    Responsibilities

    The Ultrasonographer assists physicians in making accurate diagnoses by operating diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of various parts of the body.


    This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Work schedule will be based on an as-needed basis. Work location is in Quincy, IL.


    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented. Experience working with imaging equipment and demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.

    A graduate from a two-year Radiology Technology program; training and clinical experience in the following areas of ultrasound: abdominal, OBGYN, and vascular required.

    RDMS and RVT certification required within two years of hire. Eligible for registry with the ARDMS. CPR certification required, available upon hire.
