    Description

    Our client, a highly successful FinTech scale-up, is transforming the financial and investment landscape and seeks a dynamic VP of Engineering to support and drive their ambitious growth plans.

    Operating outside of traditional banking systems, you will lead a team of talented software engineers responsible for delivering complex full lifecycle projects.

    As the VP of Engineering, you will report directly to the CTO, and must be well-versed in the latest cutting-edge technology trends to define and implement the strategic development roadmap into production.

    You will build innovative financial products utilizing modern front-end and back-end technologies, taking ownership for quality and optimization, with a focus and clarity for executing pragmatic solutions.

    You will take ownership of the delivery of the projects, ensure high-quality standards, and drive innovation in all aspects of the engineering process.

    Strong expertise in modern engineering practices and leading high-performing teams.
    Extensive experience in building and designing scalable and resilient systems.
    Proven ability to implement and champion best practices in engineering processes and methodologies.
