    About the POSITION:
    Full time General Dentist needed in St. James, MO, due to growth and a Dentist leaving
    There are two locations
    The practice utilizes expanded function assistants.
    Heavily medicaid based practice. Both locations are contracted with a local FQHC which drastically increases the reimbursement for them.
    They have a heavy pediatric/adolescent population due to being a medicaid provider. With the adult expansion in Missouri, they are starting to see an increased market in adults

    Current dentists see children under general anesthesia for restorative needs - this is NOT required of the new dentist, but he will train them if they are interested.

    They do their own prophys/adult check ups.


    Days and hours are amendable, but would like someone that could travel to either office as needed and have one office that is their "home base".

    Will work with 1 full time and 2 part time Dentists, 12 assistants, and support staff. looking to hire 1 RDH.
    9 total ops

    Basic Dentistry:
    being comfortable with treating kids is a MUST.

    Majority of dentistry is restorative (fills, crowns, pediatric pulp/crowns, exts, RCT etc.) He is willing to help a dentist/new grad with pediatric procedures.

    Will see about 25-40 pats/day; and this is adjustable to the Dentist's abilities.
    50-60 new patients per month. Many are toothaches that end up being long term patients.

    About the COMP & BENEFITS:
    Compensation is 30-33% of collections or a daily minimum whichever is greater, based on experience
    One new grad started in July and her first full year she made 290K. Motivated dentist can easily make 400K or more.
    They do qualify for loan repayment through HRSA
