- Demonstrating thorough knowledge and proficiency in enforcing the company's "Road to the Sale" and sales process.
- Ensuring all deals comply fully with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Reviewing, managing, and updating the customer database as needed for the sales team.
- Promoting the success of the company, store, and Sales Team.
- Strictly adhering to and enforcing company policies, processes, procedures, and core values.
