- Manage sales and marketing of assigned parts and accessory programs.
- Support and manage supplier relationships.
- Develop and maintain marketing content for North American (NAM) and Latin America (LAM).
- Support Aftersales Commercial Support Managers, Product Managers and Commodity Sales and Promotion Manager.
- Provide actionable intelligence that can be used for strategy development and decision-making.
- Act as a first responder for Customer (both internal and external) and Dealer requests.
- Help ensure suppliers are meeting the expectations of our internal stakeholders, dealer network and end users.
- Meet sales objectives to grow parts and accessories sales levels.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to expand wholesale and retail market share through defined sales analysis, identified opportunities and marketing.
- Interact with dealers and suppliers for conversion or retention of business through assigned products.
- Design sales performance strategies for assigned parts and accessory categories through Aftermarket and Product Support channels, including Dealer, Major Accounts, and online sales.
- A critical thinker that can analyze data trends to create solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a talent for critical thinking, creative problem solving, and multitasking.
- Thrives in an ambiguous work environment and be successful with minimal supervision.
- Articulate and informative communicator/writer that can comfortably converse and present to all levels cross functionally. As well as problem solve and internally communicate to get initiatives accomplished.
- B.S. degree, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Marketing, Product Management, Aftermarket, Parts Sales or related experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bi-lingual is plus but not necessary.
- Excellent analytical skills, business acumen and product marketing skills.
- Experience designing marketing and promotion strategies.
- Experience in marketing or related fields, sales support experience with HYG preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus
