This is not a remote position
Some responsibilities include:
Assemble all employee files
Background Checks run on all new staff
Add all new staff to Rethink (our data collection system)
Adding all new staff to Clearcare for payroll
Register new hires for orientation and lead the way for fast tracking
Sending all credentialing to CMH's as needed, and requesting EMR access as needed per staff
Input all unbillable/drive time from all staff timesheets into ClearCare for payroll
Input staff vacations on
PTO calendar
Audits as needed
At least 3 years of administrative experience
High school degree or above
Growth/Abundance Mentality Required.
High Degree of Organizational Skills.
Motivated by connections with people.
Training provided.
Ability to work independently
