    Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite wellness screenings and vaccination clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with offices in Syracuse, NY and Milwaukee, WI; IH21 partners with employers and insurance companies to customize health and wellness events with the goal of improving health and wellness of their employees and insured.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    This position supports the Account Executives to ensure all immunization/vaccine events are executed in an efficient manner, while exceeding the client's expectations. The position is responsible for the timely and accurate front-end setup of all vaccine events including coordination with business partners and labs as needed, as well as preparation of materials needed.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist Account Executives throughout the renewal and new enrollment process by completing all the behind-the-scenes duties to ensure a positive immunization event experience for the client's employees.
    • Reach out to former and potential clients to ascertain current interest in offering corporate flu clinics (i.e. email, phone calls, and direct mailing).
    • Maintain master list of all potential and confirmed clients.
    • Participate in client intake and discovery calls.
    • Create Service Agreements and push out Service Orders internally to active all departments.
    • Find partner Agencies and coordinate screening agreements and dates.
    • Correspond with client contact throughout the process to confirm number of participants, shifts, days and/or times in a professional manner to provide the highest level of customer service.
    • Collaborate with Account Executive, Staffing, Shipping and IH21 leadership throughout the process with professionalism to do everything necessary to create a successful event. If necessary, contact partner vendors for assistance with covering events.
    • Setup event dates and times; create work order supplies and follow-up on delivery until they arrive at event sites. Keep clients informed via proposal emails and pre-event templated emails.
    • Initiate request for vaccine and supplies with Supply Management Department.
    • Set up clients for specific events. Monitor and upload Vouchers to event management system.
    • Coordinate staffing needs with Account Executives/Staffing Department to ensure appropriate coverage of events.
    • Prepare and maintain registration information to include implementation and testing of EMS system.
    • Conduct weekly check of fact sheets to ensure all information is accurate for following week events.
    • Issue surveys and convey results or concerns to Account Executives, IH21 leadership, and partner vendors.
    • Responsible for routine and emergency vaccine management polices and procedures related to vaccine administration, storage, handling, transport and inventory management. Make and implement approved changes as needed.
    • Responsible for ensuring all vaccine staff complete annual training on guidelines, proper storage/handling and vaccine administration.
    • QC and store all required documentation (temperature logs, screening forms, etc) as required by state statues.
    • Ensure all staff are following required documentation, gathering appropriate participant billing information, etc.
    • Participate in vaccine clinics as necessary.
    • Respond to emergency situations and perform life sustaining measures as necessary (CPR, )
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Lift/Carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
    • Must be able to respond to emergency situations to include performing CPR
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
    • Current PA Nursing license, (RN or LPN) required
    • CPR certification required
    • 2+ years of related industry related experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to effectively prioritize work demands and project coordination.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
