Get the "flexibility" of a Home Health Nurse with the "pay" you deserve as a Nurse Practitioner

Homedica is seeking Full-Time and PT Nurse Practitioners to assist patients in the Gulfport, MS area.

Homedica provides primary care to patients who have limited mobility. We seek to become an extension of the physician's office and hospital in order to provide a continuum of care tailored to the patient's individual needs.

Essential daily duties include:

Provide primary medical care and palliative care for chronic and acute illnesses to patients who are home-bound or have difficulty traveling to a physician's office
Provide physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases
Interpret laboratory and test results
Prescribe and manage medications and other therapies all with an emphasis on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

Current Louisiana license required
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations
Hospice and/or Home Health experience required
