- Design interaction flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and hi-fi prototypes.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and prototypes.
- Present and communicate design work to the project team.
- Participate in workshops and brainstorms with the product team.
- At least 3 years of industry design experience.
- Experience designing across all device formats.
- User-centric approach with strong consumer product instincts.
- A natural problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of user-centered design methods, tools, and processes.
- Experience designing web-based accessible platforms.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, experience working in design systems.
- Experience in enterprise-level software, as well as any prior experience working in a startup environment.
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences is also a plus.
- A portfolio of past design projects showcasing design process knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or related field preferred.
