    Job responsibilities:
    Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
    Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
    Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
    Implement safety measures and follow established protocols for risk assessment and escalation.
    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
