Grow a practice how you desire and choose the exact schedule you want. Perfect for someone with kids or someone that likes flexibility.
Part-Time or Full-Time. Work 1, 2, 3 or 4 days a week. You choose your exact clinical schedule all while having unlimited vacation time.

This group provides the opportunity to work for a growing organization that wants new partners to join its team. You can choose to be employed or rather gain equity within your first year. This is a private group, not a private equity firm. You will have a say in the direction and future of your practice.
- Open to hiring someone early or later in their career. Perfect opportunity for someone who wants flexibility and to have a balance between work and their personal life. Current docs can be as busy as they want, but they aren't expected to see unrealistic patient volumes.

Practice general dermatology + opportunity to specialize in an additional area of interest—if you are Mohs only 1 day of Mohs to start can be provided. Most needs are medical dermatology right now within the group

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Massachusetts and must be board-eligible or certified in dermatology
Medical degree required
