3 clinic days and 1 nursing home rounds and visits
~ Varied shifts available
~ Nursing home schedule incorporated into the clinic schedule
~ Will participate in coverage for the Palative care team for inpatient services
~ Staff; Office manager, full time RN coordinator, 2 full time RN, full time LPN, office scheduling assistant
