    Salary:

    Vision insurance Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    The successful candidate will be primarily focused on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on plaintiff representation in cases involving abuse and harassment.

    This role will involve a significant amount of court time, including depositions and hearings.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for justice, a tenacious spirit, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.


    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, from initial consultation through trial.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using both established and innovative methods.
    • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
    • Represent plaintiffs in cases involving abuse and harassment, ensuring their rights are protected and justice is served.
    • Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, effectively advocating for your clients and presenting compelling arguments.
    • Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout the legal process

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil litigation.
    • Proven experience representing plaintiffs in cases involving abuse and harassment.
    • Extensive courtroom experience, including conducting depositions and participating in hearings.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
